Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item

- Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning your item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
- Customized Charms: Personalized items cannot be returned.
